CANCELLATION POLICY

We, at Laptop Dunia, thank you for choosing us & for giving us an opportunity to serve you. We would never want to see you cancel your order. However, we do understand that sometimes you may place the order by mistake or may realize immediately after placing the order that these items are not needed anymore or that some other item is needed. In these situations, the following will apply

  • Cancellation will be approved if the order is not processed/shipped
  • If an order is processed but not shipped, an administrative cost of 5% of the order value will be applicable
  • Order cannot be canceled after shipped.

Though we will really hate and see very remote chances in the following situations may cancel the order from our side too

  • Fail to get the address confirmation in case of COD orders
  • SKU going out of stock after placement of order

RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

We, at Laptop Dunia, take quality very seriously and all the products shipped to our customers are thoroughly tested by us. Still, in some unfortunate cases or due to some reasons which are out of our control, the situation of returning the product may apply. In such unfortunate situations, a product may be returned within 15 days of original receipt subject to the following conditions:

  • The product is not working as per the published specifications/features
  • Product is dead on arrival (DOA)
  • The difference between delivered product & ordered product
  • Physically damaged product

Intimation regarding any of the above conditions needs to be given within 24 hours of the receipt of the product. In case of a physically damaged product, a picture of the outer package and the product clearly showing the damage must be provided.

If information is not provided within 24 hours, the return/replacement request might not get approved. Also, as a precaution make a video while opening the packaging.

In case of return or replacement, the original packaging, all tags, and manuals need to be preserved and returned along with the product to qualify for the return or replacement. The shipment of a replacement unit or credit in case of return will only be initiated after receipt of the original product along with the original packaging, tags, manuals, etc., and checking & approval by the return dept. In case it is found that the product doesn’t have the stated reason for return or replacement, the same might not be approved.

Once returned & in case the returned product is found OK after QC verification, the refund will only be made after deducting the cost of return freight & 10% of the order value as the administration cost.

REFUND POLICY

After the approval of the cancellation of the order or return, the refund process will be initiated within 3 days of the approval. Considering the bank processing time, it should take 7-10 days to get a credit in your bank account. Ideally, the refund will be made in the same account which was used to make the payment. In case of COD order the refund will be made to the customer’s bank account.
